| 摘 要： | 目的探讨常见肿瘤标志物检测在临床应用中的价值。方法选取2014年4月—2017年5月我院妇科收治的肿瘤患者360例(恶性组)、(良性组)]作为研究对象,另选取同期入院体检的健康女性60例作为对照组。分析三组血清肿瘤标志物水平以及恶性组中不同癌变患者上述肿瘤标志物水平,评估常用肿瘤标志物对妇科恶性肿瘤的诊断效能。结果恶性组血清肿瘤标志物水平均高于良性组、对照组,良性组、对照组上述指标对比,差异有统计学意义(P <0.01);CA125在卵巢癌中表达水平最高,CA153在乳腺癌中表达水平最高(P <0.01)。结论常用肿瘤标志物在妇科肿瘤患者临床诊断中有较高应用价值,联合检测有助于提高诊断效能。
