摘    要:目的通过观察与比较翻转课堂模式、多媒体课件辅助模式在临床麻醉教学中的实践效果,探索最佳教学模式。方法选取齐齐哈尔医学院临床医学2014级和2015级见习学生编为实验组和对照组。实验组为2015级学生(89名),课程采用翻转课堂教学模式进行设计和执行;对照组为2014级学生(92名)采用多媒体课件辅助课堂讲授模式进行教学。采用自制简易实践教学效果量表、"理论及实践考核"对学生进行考核。结果观察组的教学满意度、对自身帮助的满意度均为98.88%,理论考核(44.5±7.1)分,实践能力考核(43.2±5.0)分,均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论在临床麻醉教学中应用翻转课堂模式,可较好的提高实践教学效果。
