心脏彩超诊断高血压左室肥厚伴左心衰竭的应用

目的探究心脏彩超在高血压左室肥厚伴左心衰竭诊断中的应用效果。方法收集医院在2017年8月—2019年10月时间段收治的57例高血压左室肥厚伴左心衰竭患者的临床资料,并设为探究组,同时选取同期体检的57位健康体检者的检查资料设为参考组。对照并分析两组受检者的影像学检查结果,评价指标包括的左室收缩末期内径(LVESD)、左室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)、左室射血分数(LVEF)及左房室瓣早期血流频谱E值(E)。结果参考组的LVESD、LVEDD、LVEF及E值分别为(46.78±6.03)mm、(23.10±2.11)mm、(54.30±9.87)%和(53.58±9.76);探究组的LVESD、LVEDD、LVEF及E值分别为(51.58±5.78)mm、(27.06±3.21)mm、(67.86±7.23)%和(79.57±8.18)。经比较,探究组的各项数值均明显高于参考组,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论心脏彩超在高血压左室肥厚伴左心衰患者中应用时总体效果较好,能够明显提升高血压左室肥厚伴左心衰竭诊断的符合率和特异度,进而更好地配合治疗和护理措施,帮助患者早期接受有效的干预措施,具有较高的临床实用性。

Application of Color Doppler Echocardiography in the Diagnosis of Hypertension With Left Ventricular Hypertrophy and Left Heart Failure

Objective To explore the application effect of color Doppler echocardiography in the diagnosis of hypertension with left ventricular hypertrophy and left heart failure.Methods The clinical data of 57 hypertensive patients with left ventricular hypertrophy and left heart failure were collected from August 2017 to October 2019 in our hospital,and they were set as the research group.Meanwhile,the data of 57 physical examination in our hospital at the same time were selected as the reference group.The imaging findings of the two groups were compared and analyzed.The evaluation indexes included left ventricular end systolic diameter(LVESD),left ventricular end diastolic diameter(LVEDD),left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)and left ventricular valve early blood flow spectrum e value(E).Results The values of LVESD,LVEDD,LVEF and E in the reference group were(46.78±6.03)mm,(23.10±2.11)mm,(54.30±9.87)%and(53.58±9.76),respectively,and those in the study group were(51.58±5.78)mm,(27.06±3.21)mm,(67.86±7.23)%and(79.57±8.18),respectively.After comparison,the values of the inquiry group were significantly higher than those of the reference group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The overall effect of color Doppler echocardiography in patients with left ventricular hypertrophy and left heart failure is better,which can significantly improve the diagnostic accuracy and specificity of left ventricular hypertrophy and left heart failure,and then better cooperate with the treatment and nursing measures to help patients receive effective intervention measures in the early stage,which has higher clinical practicability.
