人性化细节护理在肺癌根治性手术中的应用

目的 观察细节护理配合人性化理念在肺癌根治性手术中的应用效果.方法 选取医院肺癌根治性手术患者74例(2017年5月—2018年9月),随机分为细节护理配合人性化理念的观察组(37例)与常规护理的对照组(37例),观察患者疼痛情况、住院时间及并发症发生率.结果 观察组VAS评分术后2 h(5.28±1.14)分,术后24 h(3.21±0.76)分,住院时间(8.23±1.48)d,与对照组相比,P<0.05,观察组并发症发生率5.41%,对照组24.32%,P<0.05.结论 在肺癌根治性手术中应用细节护理配合人性化理念,能减轻患者疼痛感,降低并发症发生率,促进身体恢复,减少住院时间,效果较好,值得借鉴.

Application of Humanized Detail Nursing in Radical Operation of Lung Cancer

Objective To observe the effect of detail nursing combined with humanized concept in radical operation of lung cancer.Methods 74 patients with lung cancer undergoing radical operation in our hospital(May 2017 to September 2018)were randomly divided into observation group(37 cases)with detailed nursing and humanized concept and control group(37 cases)with routine nursing.Pain,hospitalization time and complications were observed.Results VAS score in the observation group was 2h(5.28±1.14)and 24h(3.21±0.76)after the operation,and the length of stay was(8.23±1.48)d.Compared with the control group,the incidence of complications was 5.41%in the observation group and 24.32%in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion The application of detailed nursing combined with humanized concept in radical operation of lung cancer can alleviate patients’pain,reduce the incidence of complications,promote physical recovery and reduce the length of hospital stay.The effect is good and worth learning from.
