探讨微型种植体支抗对青少年口腔正畸的效果

目的探讨微型种植体支抗治疗青少年口腔正畸的临床效果。方法纳入襄阳市中医医院口腔科100例青少年口腔正畸治疗患者。随机数字表分组,传统正畸疗法组对就诊青少年口腔正畸患者根据以往的常规治疗方法进行正畸治疗,微型种植体支抗治疗组则采用的是微型种植体支抗进行口腔的正畸干预。比对两组疗效;患者对牙齿矫正后外观的满意度评分;施治前后患者磨牙出现移位的距离、上中切牙倾角以及凸距的差值;牙齿松动发生比例。结果微型种植体支抗治疗组疗效、患者对牙齿矫正后外观的满意度评分、磨牙出现移位的距离、上中切牙倾角以及凸距的差值相比传统正畸疗法组有优势,P<0.05。微型种植体支抗治疗组牙齿松动发生比例低于传统正畸疗法组,P<0.05。结论对于需要进行正畸治疗的患者而言,在治疗过程,选择微型种植体支抗治疗可获得良好的效果,其进行正畸治疗的效果更为满意且不良情况出现率更少。

To Investigate the Effect of Mini-implant Anchorage on Adolescent Orthodontics

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of mini-implant anchorage on orthodontics in adolescents.Methods A total of 100 adolescent orthodontic patients were included in the Department of Stomatology of Xiangyang Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital.Random number table grouping,the traditional orthodontic treatment group treats the orthodontic patients in the adolescents according to the conventional treatment methods in the past,and the mini-implant anchorage treatment group uses the mini-implant anchorage for orthodontic intervention.Compare the efficacy of the two groups;the patient’s satisfaction score on the appearance of the tooth after orthodontics;the difference between the displacement of the molars,the incisor angle of the upper and middle incisors,and the convex distance before and after treatment;and the proportion of tooth loosening.Results The difference between the efficacy of the micro-implant anchorage treatment group,the patient’s satisfaction score on the appearance after orthodontic correction,the distance of the molar displacement,the incisor angle of the upper and middle incisors,and the difference in convexity have advantages over the traditional orthodontic treatment group.P<0.05.The incidence of tooth loosening in the microimplant anchorage treatment group was lower than that in the traditional orthodontic treatment group,P<0.05.Conclusion For patients in need of orthodontic treatment,in the course of treatment,the choice of microimplant anchorage treatment can achieve good results.The effect of orthodontic treatment is more satisfactory and the incidence of adverse conditions is less.
