妇科腹腔镜手术优质护理及健康教育的效果

目的研究优质护理联合健康教育对妇科腹腔镜手术患者焦虑抑郁情绪及术后疼痛的影响。方法选择2018年4月-2019年3月医院收治的78例妇科腹腔镜手术患者,随机分成对照组39例和观察组39例。对照组采取常规护理方法,观察组采取优质护理联合健康教育方法。分别比较两组在护理前后的焦虑、抑郁、疼痛情况。结果护理前,两组的SAS评分、SDS评分、VAS评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,观察组SAS(29.5±2.4)分、SDS(35.2±2.6)分、VAS(2.0±0.6)分,均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针对妇产科腹腔镜手术患者,在临床护理上采取优质护理联合健康教育的方法,能够使患者焦虑抑郁情绪得到有效缓解,同时减轻患者术后疼痛,对于临床护理效果的提升有积极影响。

Effect of Quality Nursing and Health Education in Gynecological Laparoscopic Surgery

Objective To study the effects of quality nursing combined with health education on anxiety, depression and postoperative pain in patients undergoing gynecologic laparoscopic surgery. Meshods 78 patients with gynecologic laparoscopic surgery admitted to the hospital from April 20 to March 2019 were randomly divided into the control group(n=39) and the observation group(n=39). The control group adopted the routine nursing method, and the observation group adopted the method of quality nursing combined with health education. The anxiety, depression and pain of the two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results There was no significant difference in SAS score, SDS score and VAS score between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05). After nursing, the observation group had SAS(29.5±2.4) points, SDS(35.2±2.6) points, VAS(2.0±0.6)points were lower than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion For patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery in obstetrics and gynecology, adopting quality nursing combined with health education in clinical nursing can effectively alleviate anxiety and depression, and relieve postoperative pain,which has a positive impact on the improvement of clinical nursing effect.
