结直肠癌手术室护理应用精益管理效果观察

目的探讨精益管理对结直肠癌手术室护理管理质量及患者满意度的影响。方法选取本院收治80例结直肠癌手术患者作为观察对象,根据随机数字表法将其分为两组,对照组行常规护理管理方法(n=40),观察组采用手术室精益管理模式(n=40)。对两组患者的护理管理质量评分、术中相关指标、护理满意度及并发症情况进行分析。结果观察组护理管理质量各项评分高于对照组(P <0.05);观察组患者的心率频次、SAS评分及手术时长均短于对照组,差异比较具有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组患者满意度高于对照组(95.00% vs 80.00%)(P <0.05);对照组患者术后并发症发生率略高于观察组,差异比较具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论在结直肠癌手术室护理管理质量的过程中,实施精益管理模式可显著提升护理管理水平,提高患者满意度。

Observation on Application Effect of Lean Management on Operation Room Nursing for Colorectal Cancer

Objective To explore effects of lean management on management quality of operation room nursing for colorectal cancer and patients satisfaction. Methods 80 patients undergoing colorectal cancer surgery who were admitted to the hospital were enrolled. They were divided into two groups according to random number table method. The control group was given routine nursing management method(n = 40), while observation group was given lean management mode of operating room(n = 40). The scores of nursing management quality, intraoperative related indexes, nursing satisfaction and complications in both groups were analyzed. Results The scores of nursing management quality in observation group were higher than those in control group(P < 0.05). The heart rate frequency, SAS score and operation time in observation group were shorter than those in control group(P < 0.05). The patients satisfaction in observation group was higher than that in control group(95.00% vs 80.00%)(P < 0.05). The incidence of postoperative complications in control group was slightly higher than that in observation group(P < 0.05). Conclusion In the process of management quality of colorectal cancer operating room nursing, implementing lean management mode can significantly improve level of nursing management, and improve patients satisfaction.
