摘    要:目的了解医科院校附属医院临床带教青年教师师德师风的现状;探讨师德师风建设的有效途径。方法采用问卷调查法对某医科院校附属医院实习本科生、临床药学教研室进行调查。结果学生对教师整体师德师风评价较高,但对"主动与学生沟通""积极参与学生活动"方面满意度不高;学生认为教学能力强、礼貌待人、作风正派、以身作则、言传身教等特质是一名优秀教师必须具备的条件。教师普遍认为"建立师德师风考核制度""建立师德师风档案"及"加强教师培训工作"是师德师风建设的基石。结论 "师生加强沟通交流","建立完善考核制度、激励机制","教师学术研究评价重视教学成果"等是师德师风建设的有效途径。

Abstract:Objective To understand the current situation of morality of young clinical teachers in affiliated hospitals of medical colleges;Discussion on the effective way of the construction of teachers’ morality.Methods A questionnaire survey was used to investigate the students and teachers in a affiliated hospital of a medical university.Results Students have a high evaluation of teachers’ morality,but they are not satisfied with "actively communicating with students"and "actively participating in students’ activities";The students think that strong teaching ability,politeness,decent style,setting an example and teaching by example are the necessary conditions for an excellent teacher.Teachers generally believe that "establishing the assessment system of teachers’ morality ","establishing the archives of teachers’ morality " and "strengthening the training of teachers" are the cornerstone of the construction of teachers’ morality.Conclusion "Strengthen communication between teachers and students","Establish and improve the assessment system and incentive mechanism ","Teachers’ academic research evaluation attaches importance to teaching achievements” and so on are the effective ways to construct teachers’ morality.
