中医集束化护理在神经外科重症患者中的应用

目的:探讨中医集束化护理在神经外科重症患者中的应用效果。方法:70例神经外科重症患者随机分为实验组和对照组,对照组采用常规护理,实验组在常规护理基础上实施中医集束化护理,出院时比较2组患者的并发症发生率、日常生活能力(Barthel评分)、护理满意度。结果:实验组便秘发生率14.29%低于对照组的37.14%(P<0.05);实验组口腔感染发生率5.71%低于对照组的22.86%(P<0.05);实验组下肢深静脉血栓发生率5.71%低于对照组的22.86%(P<0.05);实验组Barthel评分改善更加明显(P<0.05);实验组护理满意度97.14%明显高于对照组的82.86%(P<0.05)。结论:中医集束化护理能够减少神经外科重症患者的并发症发生率,改善患者的日常生活能力,是神经外科重症患者的一个有效护理措施,值得进一步研究和推广。

Effects of Chinese Medicine Bundles of Care Used in Neurosurgical Intensive Care Patients

Objective]To explore the effect of Chinese medicine bundles of care used in neurosurgical intensive care patients.Method]70 cases of neurosurgical intensive care unit in our hospital were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group.The control group was treated with routine nursing,while the experimental group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine based on routine nursing.The efficacy of the patients,daily living abilities,and nursing satisfaction in two groups were compared at discharge.Result]The inc idence of constipation in the experimental group was 14.29% lower than 37.14% in the control group(P<0.05).The incidences of oral infection in the experimental group was 5.71%lower than 22.86% in the control group(P<0.05).The incidences oflower limb venous thrombosis in the experimental group was 5.71% which was lower than 22.86% in the control group(P<0.05).The Barthel scores were significantly improved in the experimental group than those in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction in the experimental group was 97.14% which was significantly higher than 82.86% in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion]Chinese medicine bundles of care may reduce the incidence of complications in neurosurgical intensive care patients,and improve the neurological functions and daily living ability of patients.
