摘    要:目的研究聚四氢呋喃聚乳酸共聚物Q在兔眼内的存留量及其物理性质的变化。方法将0.4ml C4置入兔眼玻璃体腔中,手术后第1天、第30天、第60天、第90天、第120天、第150天时,分别取出C4,测量它的物理性质的变化和在玻璃体腔内的存留量。结果术后150d内,随自身的降解,C4的比重从1.193g/ml降至0.985g/m,透光率从93%增至96.5%,屈光率从1.454下降至1.343,表面张力从1.43降至1.06。第90天时C4存留81%,第150天时存留23%。结论在降解过程中,C4的物理性质及存留量符合玻璃体替代物的要求。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the changes in physical characteristics and the retention of C_4 when used as a vitreous substitute in the rabbit eye.Methods A solution of 0.4 C_4 was introduced into the vitreous chamber of the rabbit eye. A C_4 analysis was performed 1 day, 30 days, 60 days, 90 days, 120 days and 150 days postoperatively. Changes in its physical characteristics and retention in rabbit eyes were studied.Results At 150 days postoperatively, the specific gravity of C_4 was reduced from 1.193 g/ml to 0.985 g/ml, transparency was improved from 93% to 96.5%, the refractive index changed from 1.454 to 1.343, and surface tension was reduced from 1.43 to 1.06 with its degeneration. There was an 81% retention rate of C_4 in the vitreous after 90 days while 23% of the C_4 was retained in the vitreous after 150 days.Conclusion During degeneration, the physical characteristics and retention of C_4 meet the demands of a vitreous substitute.
