苦碟子注射液对兔眼玻璃体积血疗效机制的研究

摘    要:目的:通过建立玻璃体积血动物模型,检测苦碟子注射液对玻璃体积血的疗效并探讨其作用机制。方法48只兔中随机选择12只作为正常对照组;余36只建立玻璃体积血模型后随机分为苦碟子组、丹参组和模型对照组,3 d后开始药物干预,各组分别于用药14 d、28 d、42 d进行B型超声检查玻璃体混浊程度,测玻璃体中白细胞介素-6(IL-6)及铁(Fe2+)含量,第42天每组分别取材制作视网膜病理切片。结果 B型超声示在治疗后期(42 d)苦碟子组玻璃体混浊程度优于丹参组并接近空白对照组。病理切片显示模型对照组视网膜有明显氧化损伤改变,苦碟子组和丹参组优于模型组,苦碟子组更接近空白对照组。苦碟子组和丹参组玻璃体中IL-6、Fe2+含量较模型对照组降低,差异有统计学意义( P <0.05);二者之间差异在治疗前期(14 d)无统计学意义( P >0.05),后期(42 d)有统计学意义( P <0.05),苦碟子组优于丹参组。结论与丹参注射液相比,苦碟子注射液能更有效地促进玻璃体积血的吸收,减轻玻璃体和视网膜组织的氧化损伤。

The effect of kudiezi injectio in vbitreous hemorrhage in rabbit eyes and its mechanism of action
Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect and mechanism of Kudiezi in the treatment of vitreous hemorrhage through establishing the animal model of vitreous hemorrhage.Methods Randomly select 12 rabbits from 42 as normal group.Establish the vitreous hemorrhage model for the remaining 36 then randomly divided them into Kudiezi group, Dan-shen group and model group and give drug intervention 3 days later.Observation vitreous opacity by B-ultrasonography, de-tect the concentration of IL-6 and Fe2+14 days、28 days and 42 days after medication respectively.On the 42nd day, man-ufacture retina pathological section for each group.Results B-ultrasonography shows that the vitreous opacity in Kudiezi group have more amelioration than Danshen group, and was approach to normal in the later days(42th day) during therapy. Pathological section of retina have showen obviously oxidative damage in the model group.Comparing with model group, Danshen group and Kudiezi group have obviously less oxidative damage, and Kudiezi group have more amelioration than Danshen group.The concentration of IL-6 and Fe2+in Kudiezi group and Danshen group was statistically significant ( P <0.05) lower than it in the model group;In the early days(14th day), this difference was not statistically significant( P >0.05) between the two groups but statistically significant( P <0.05) in the later days(42th day), and Kudiezi surpassed Danshen.Conclusions Compared with Danshen injectio, Kudiezi injectio can be more effectively in promoting the absorp-tion of vitreous hemorrhage and palliating oxidative damage of vitreous and retinal.
