| 摘 要： | 目的探讨早孕期母体Omentin-1、Betatrophin水平与妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)的相关性及预测价值。方法回顾性选择2016年5月至2017年5月西安医学院附属西安市北方医院妇产科接诊的53例GDM患者(GDM组),同期50例糖耐量正常孕妇(NGT组)和50例健康未孕妇女(对照组)为研究对象。酶联免疫吸附试验检测各组血清Omentin-1、Betatrophin的水平和糖脂代谢指标的差异,分析Omentin-1、Betatrophin与糖代谢指标的关系。结果血清Omentin-1、HDL-C组间对比:GDM组

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the correlation between maternal Omentin-1 and Betatrophin levels with gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM)in early pregnancy.And analyze the predictive value of Omentin-1 and Betatrophin for GDM.Methods Fifty-three patients with GDM from the perinatal health care center of our hospital from May 2016 to May 2017 were retrospectively selected as the GDM group.In the same period,50 normal pregnant women and 50 healthy pregnant women were selected as NGT group and control group.The serum levels of Omentin-1,Betatrophin and glycolipid metabolic indices were detected by ELISA.The relationship between Omentin-1,Betatrophin and glycometabolic indices were analyzed.The predictive value of Omentin-1 and Betatrophin for the occurrence of GDM were analyzed by ROC curve.Results The gestational weight gain and birth weight of newborns in GDM group were higher than those in NGT group(P<0.05).The levels of serum Betatrophin,FPG,FINS,HOMA-IR,TG and LDL-C were compared and showed:GDM group>NGT group>control group(P<0.05),and serum Omentin-1,HDL-C:GDM group
