高血压靶器官损害与血尿酸水平的关系

摘    要:目的探讨高血压靶器官损害与血尿酸(serum uric acid,SUA)水平的关系。方法选择2006.2~2007.8间住院的高血压患者,测定禁食12小时的早晨空腹血清尿酸值。观察高血压合并左心室肥厚、颈动脉内膜增厚、脑血管意外、肾脏损害及视网膜病变等靶器官损害指标,分析并比较SUA的变化情况。结果随着年龄的增大、颈动脉病变及视网膜病变程度的加重,SUA数值明显的逐渐升高(P〈O.05):合并左心室肥厚、脑血管意外、肾脏损害者,SUA数值也显著的升高(P〈O.05);结论高血压患者靶器官的损伤与血尿酸的水平升高有密切的关系,随着血尿酸浓度的升高,靶器官损伤的程度也随之加重;同时合并越多的靶器官损伤,血尿酸水平越高,表明尿酸在高血压病的发生发展过程中起重要的作用。

The Relationship between the Target-organ Damage and the Level of Serum Uric Acid in Hypertension

Abstract:Objective To investigate the relationship between the target-organ damage and the level of serum uric acid (SUA) in hypertension. Methods Choose the patients with hypertension were in hospital between the February of 2006 and the August of 2007, measure the level of fasting serum uric acid in early morning with a fast of 12 hours.; observe the indexes of target-organ damamge in hypertension such as left ventricular hypertrophy(LVH), the thickening of endarterium-tunica media in carotid, the incidence of cerebmvascular diseases, the hypertensive injure of kidney ~ hypertensive retinopathy and so on., analyse and evaluate the variation of serum uric acid. Results The level of SUA is increasing with the ageing, the aggravating of the pathological changes in carotid and the worsing of retinopathy (P〈0.05) ; and if the patients complicated the left ventricular hypertrophy, the incidence of cerebrovascular diseases and/or the hypertensive injure of kidney, the level of SUA also increased significantly (P〈 0.05 ) . Conclusion The level of SUA is closing associating with the target-organ damage in hypertension, with the increasing of SUA, the severity is aggravating of target-organ damage: the level of SUA is higher with more target-orgais damage, indicate that uric acid play an important role in the genesis and development of hypertension.
