| 摘 要： | 目的探讨产前超声检查在胎儿畸形筛查中的临床价值。方法采用彩色多普勒超声随机对孕18-36W 6086例孕妇产前常规检查及畸形筛查，对筛出畸形儿进行产后追踪。结果筛查出胎儿畸形117例，其中神经系统畸形49例，唇腭裂26例，泌尿系畸形11例，骨骼及肢体畸形7例，胎儿肿瘤7例，腹裂内脏外翻6例，呼吸系统异常4例，消化道畸形3例，心血管畸形2例，其他2例。结论系统超声检查对妊娠中晚期胎儿形态结构方面的明显畸形有一定的诊断价值，是产前诊断方法中不可或缺的手段之一，对于降低出生缺陷发生率，提高人口素质具有重要意义。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical value of antepartum ultrasonography for screening monster. Methods The regular prenatal examination and random screening monster of 6086 gravida who＇s gestational period from 18th to 36th week examined by color ultrasonic Doppler technique, and the same to tracking survey for the puerpera with monster. Results 117 gravide with rooster were detected, including 49 deformity of nervous system, 26 harelip and palatoschisis, 11 deformity of urogenital system,7 deformity of limbs and skeleton,7 fetal tumor,6 fissura mediana ventralis with eversion of viscera,4 abnormity in respiratory system,3 deformity of digestive a-act,2 deformity of cardiovascular system,2 others. Conclusions The diagnostic value of ultrasonography for screening monster is significant,when the time of second and third trimester of pregnancy, it is also a must of method for prenatal examination, the same to the denatality of vitium and improving the quality of population. |
