团体心理咨询对新兵心理健康状况影响研究

目的：探讨团体心理咨询对新兵心理健康状况的影响。方法：将驻湘某部新兵集训的677名新兵随机分为观察组和对照组，团体心理咨询前后采用症状自评量表（SCL-90），干预后采用埃森克个性量表（EPQ）进行评定和对照分析。结果：团体心理咨询后，观察组SCL-90的人际敏感、抑郁、焦虑、敌对和阳性项目数等得分均明显比对照组低（P〈0.05），对照组在部队常规干预方式后抑郁因子评分比干预前有所升高（P〈0.01）其余因子分差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。2组干预后的各因子分比较，观察组在人际敏感、抑郁、焦虑、敌对和阳性项目数因子评分明显低于对照组（P〈0.05）。观察组在团体心理咨询后EPQ的E、L维度评分高于对照组（P〈0．01）。结论：团体心理咨询有助于新兵心理的成熟和人格的重塑，有利心理健康水平的提高。

Effect of group counseling on mental health in recruits

Objective To explore the effect of group counseling on mental health in recruits.Methods 672 recruits were random divided into intervention group and control group,the assessment were made with symptom self-rating chart(SCL-90) and Esonk' personality questionnaires(EPQ) before and after group counseling respectively.Results After treatment with group counseling,the scores of SCL-90 in intervention group including interpersonal sensitivity,depression,anxiety,rivalry and masculine item were lower than that in control group(P<0.05).There were no difference except the scores of depression increased after normal intervention in control group(P<0.01).The scores of EPQ in intervention group were higher than that in control group(P<0.01) Conclusions The group counseling is helpful for mental health in recruits.
