| 摘 要： | 目的探讨大学生生殖健康行为现状及影响因素。方法对广州1245名大学生进行问卷调查。结果大学生已具备一些预防艾滋病/性病知识,但不全面,50.1%的学生赞成婚前性行为,曾有性行为的比例为14.9%,大学生性行为发生与多种健康危险行为有密切关系。结论在高校开展生殖健康教育是预防艾滋病/性病的重要举措,要关注有健康危险行为的大学生。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the actualities and risk factors of procreating behaviors of university students.Methods A total of 1 245 college students were investigated with the questionnaire. Results These university students had some knowledge of AIDS prevention,50.1% of them approved premarital sexual behavior,and 14.9% of them once had sexual intercourse.Some health risk behavior correlated closely with sexual intercourse.Conclusions The health education of AIDS and VD prevention should be enhanced in universities. |
