| 摘 要： | 医改下一步重点建立医疗联合体,解决日益突出看病难的问题。建立医疗联合体,对提升基层医疗机构能力,提升群众对基层医疗机构的信任度,有效缓解"看病难、看病贵"有着重要意义。同时也存在许多问题。笔者运用SWOT分析法,分析了发展区域医联体的优势、劣势、机遇、挑战,并提出对策建议。

| Abstract: | The next key points of medical reform are that construct regional medical association to solve theproblem of increasingly difficulty of getting medical services. There is important significance for improving thecapacity of basic medical institution, promoting the credibility of people to basic medical institution, remittingthe problem of ＂difficulty and expense of medical service＂. It still has some problems. This paper analyzesadvantage, disadvantage, opporamities and challenges in developing regional medical association and putsforward some suggestions. |
