颈椎前路植骨融合术治疗脊髓型颈椎病28例临床疗效分析

目的通过观察颈椎前路植骨融合术治疗脊髓型颈椎病的临床疗效，旨在为颈椎病的治疗方法提供指导依据。方法将56倒脊髓型颈椎病患者随机分成观察组和对照组2组，每组各28例，对照组采用颈椎后路椎板减压术，观察组采用颈椎前路植骨融合术，比较2组的手术治疗的疗效。结果56例患者经过治疗后绝大部分患者颈部不适，手部麻木，颈肩疼痛等症状较手术前明显改善。经统计学分析，观察组的总有效率明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意史（P〈0．01）。结论颈椎前路植骨融合术治疗脊髓型颈椎病为有效的手术方法之一，疗效确切，能明显改善患者的颈部不适、手部麻木，颈肩疼痛等临床症状，值得临床推广应用。

Anterior Cervical Fusion in the Treatment of Cervical Myelopathy Efficacy Analysis of 28 Cases

Objective To observe the anterior cervical fusion in the treatment of cervical spinal cord of clinical efficacy, designed for the treatment of cervical spondylosis to provide guidance basis.Methods 56 cases of cervical myelopathy patients were randomly divided into two groups and the control group,two groups of 28 patients,control group using posterior cervical laminectomy,observation group were treated with anterior cervical fusion,more two groups of surgical treatment.Results The results of 56 patients after treatment most patients with neck discomfort,hand numbness,neck pain and other symptoms significantly improved compared with before surgery.After statistical analysis,the total effective observation group was significantly higher, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.01）.Conclusion Anterior cervical fusion for the treatment of cervical myelopathy effective surgical methods,efficacy,can significantly improve the patient＇s neck discomfort,hand numbness, neck pain and other symptoms,is worthy of clinical application.
