沙县居民1973～2003年4部分死亡资料分析

目的]了解沙县居民死亡谱的变化,对1973～2003年我县居民主要死亡情况进行统计分析。方法]应用卫生部《居民病伤死因统计年报超级信息管理》软件(SYMS)进行统计分析。结果]不同时期居民死亡率为533.74/10万～650.12/10万;传染病与寄生虫病死亡率下降,伤害、脑血管病、心脏病死亡率上升。结论]传染病与寄生虫病防治工作,特别是计划免疫工作取得了明显的效果;亟待加强机动车辆行驶安全管理、安全使用农药、健康心理素质修养与教育等公共卫生措施;加强心脑血管疾病等非传染性疾病的防治工作。

Analysis on Data of 4 Parts Mortality Causes for the Residents in Sha County from 1973 to 2003

Objective]To understand the spectrum of mortality among the residents of Sha county and analyze the major mortality causes from 1973 to 2003.Methods]SYMS by the Ministry of Health was used to analyze the data.Results]The mortality of residents varied from 533.74/100 000 to 650.12/100 000 in different period. The mortality of infectious and parasitic diseases decreased while the mortality of injury, cerebrovascular diseases and heart diseases increased.Conclusions]The prevention and cure of infectious diseases and parasitic diseases have achieved excellent progress, especially EPI. A series of measures should be enhanced including the management of motor vehicles safety , pesticide security, healthy mentality and health education and should strengthen the strategy on prevention and cure on non-communicable diseases should also be strengthened.
