| 摘 要： | 目的]了解口腔门诊初诊病例的种类与临床特征,为口腔专业学生就业及口腔医师开业提供参考。方法]对2005～2010年到美尔口腔诊所就诊的门诊初诊病例资料进行分析。结果]2005～2010年累计接诊初诊病例5 369例。其中,2005年749例,2006年853例,2007年877例,2008年901例,2009年945例,2010年1 044例;男性占47.95%,女性占52.05%;3～19岁占19.38%,20～39岁占22.92%,40～59岁占31.22%,60～88岁占26.46%;牙体疾病患者占37.28%,牙周组织疾病患者占4.07%,口腔外科病例占16.87%,口腔修复患者占38.98%,口腔正畸患者占0.85%,其他病例占1.92%。结论]牙体疾病的诊治和口腔修复是口腔诊所的主要工作范围。
