社区卫生服务风险评价指标体系研究

目的:针对社区卫生服务发展现状,开展社区卫生服务风险评价指标体系研究,确定社区卫生服务风险评价指标体系的内容和权重。方法:采用Delphi专家咨询法确定指标体系。通过第一轮专家咨询筛选指标,通过第二轮咨询,用专家咨询权数法(Delphi法)确定指标权重。结果:构建了包括5个一级指标、16个二级指标、56个三级指标在内的具有层次性的社区卫生服务风险评价指标体系,并确定了一、二、三级指标的权重值。结论:社区卫生服务风险体系建立科学合理,可用于社区卫生服务机构的风险测评。

A Study on Risk Evaluation Index System on Community Health Services

Objective:Aiming at understanding of the developmental situation of community health services at present,attempt to conduct the research of the risk evaluation index system of community health services to define the contents and weights of the risk evaluation index system of community health services.Methods:Delphi method was used to establish the index system.The indexes were chosen by using expert advice in the first round,and the weights were determined in the second round using expert advice weighting method(Delphi method).Results:Constructed a hierarchy risk evaluation index system of the community health services,which includes 5 first-level indexes,16 second-level indexes,56 third-level indexes,and determined the weights of those indexes.Conclusion:The risk evaluation system of community health services is reasonable,and can be used to evaluate the risks of community health services.
