How to Reorganize Assets in Enterprise Hospitals

In term of thinking and practice of Jianghan Hospital, Jianghan Group, Changjiang Irrigation Committee, Ministry of Irrigation,conducting reorganization of assets, this paper discusses the significance, historical necessity and basic principles to conduct reorganization of assets in enterprise hospitals. It also summaries the specific methods to conduct reorganization, which are: (1) breaking separations between regions to conduct reorganization of hospital; (2) conducting reorganization of settlement of departments according to requirements of development of market; (3) reforming personnel system to conduct reorganization of staff in departments; and (4) changing operating model to conduct reorganization of forms of ownership system.
