台风灾区居民台风防范意识的调查分析

目的：调查台风灾区居民的台风防范意识，为区域性减灾政策的制定提供依据。方法：采用自制台风灾区居民台风防范意识调查问卷对“桑美”台风受灾居民194人进行调查。结果：台风来临时采取的防范措施中，73．6％的重灾区居民采取修栓房屋和危险建筑；61、7％轻灾区采取的是采购充足的食物和饮用水；58、1％的重灾区居民和50％的轻灾区居民愿意通过迁居来避免台风引起的巨大损失；54％的重灾区居民和52％的轻灾区居民希望国家建立专门保险基金来及时补偿巨灾造成的损失；39％的重灾区和轻灾区居民愿意购买灾害保险。结论：台风重灾区居民在灾害来临时注意修检房屋和危险建筑物，忽视食物和饮用水的准备；对于易受山洪、泥石流、滑坡等自然灾害侵袭的村庄。可以通过规划，引导村民逐步迁移；加快巨灾保险制度的建立，提高灾区居民的灾害保险率，改变台风灾区居民的灾害损失负担方式，提高灾民灾后恢复力。

Survey on Residents' Consciousness of Preventing Typhoon in Typhoon Disaster Areas
