三时段多模式保温护理在输尿管结石手术患者中的应用效果

目的评估三时段多模式保温护理在输尿管结石手术患者中的应用效果。方法选取2019年6月至2020年6月于阳春市人民医院接受输尿管结石手术治疗的74例患者,以随机数字表法将其分成观察组与对照组,每组37例。对照组采用常规护理干预,观察组采用三时段多模式保温护理干预,比较两组各时段核心体温及临床相关指标。结果两组麻醉诱导即刻、手术30 min的核心体温比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组手术60 min、手术结束即刻的核心体温均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组寒战评分低于对照组,手术时间、清醒时间、拔管时间、住院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论输尿管结石手术患者行三时段多模式保温护理干预的效果显著,可有效提升患者手术期间的体温水平,缩短患者麻醉后苏醒及拔管时间。

Application effect of Three-period Multi-mode Thermal Insulation Nursing in Patients Undergoing Ureteral Calculi Operation

Objective To evaluate the effect of three-period multi-mode thermal insulation nursing in patients undergoing ureteral calculi surgery.Methods 74 patients who received surgical treatment for ureteral calculi in Yangchun People's Hospital from June 2019 to June 2020 were selected.The patients were divided into observation group and control group by random number table.The control group was treated with conventional nursing intervention,and the observation group was treated with three-period multi-mode thermal insulation nursing intervention.The core body temperature and clinical related indexes of the two groups were compared at each period.Results There was no significant difference in core body temperature between the two groups immediately after anesthesia induction and 30 min after operation(P>0.05).The core body temperature of the observation group was higher than that of the control group 60 min after operation and immediately after operation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The shivering score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the operation time,waking time,extubation time and hospitalization time were shorter than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Three periods of multi-mode thermal insulation nursing intervention for patients undergoing ureteral calculi surgery has a significant effect,which can effectively improve the patient's body temperature during the operation and shorten the time of recovery and extubation after anesthesia.
