STAT3和Survivin在子宫内膜腺癌中的表达及临床意义

目的:探讨子宫内膜腺癌组织中STAT3和Survivin表达、相互关系及临床意义。方法:采用免疫组织化学S-P法检测76例子宫内膜腺癌组织和14例正常子宫黏膜组织中STAT3和Survivin表达的状况。结果:子宫内膜腺癌组织中STAT3和Survivin表达率分别为70.1%(54/76)和65.8%(50/76),均明显高于正常黏膜组14.3%(2/14)和7.1%(1/14)(P<0.05)。STAT3和Survivin表达与子宫内膜腺癌的组织学分级及淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05),与患者的年龄及临床分期无关(P>0.05)。在子宫内膜腺癌组织中STAT3和Survivin表达呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论:检测子宫内膜腺癌组织中STAT3和Survivin蛋白表达有助于判断子宫内膜腺癌预后。

Expression and clinical significance of STAT3 and Survivin in endometrial carcinoma

Objective： To investigate the expression and clinical significance of STAT3 and survivin in en-dometrial carcinoma.Methods： Immunohistochemica1 S-P method was used to detect the expression of STAT3 and survivin in 76 cases of endometrial carcinoma and 14 cases of norma1 endometrium.Results： The expression rate of STAT3 and survivin were 70.1%（54/76） and 65.8%（50/76） in endometrial carcinoma,and higher than that in norma1 endometrium tissue（P0.05）respectively;STAT3 and survivin protein significantly related with histo-logical grading and lymph node metastasis（P0.05）,and no relationship was observed between the expression of STAT3 and survivin and age of patients and clinic stage（P0.05）.The expression of STAT3 was associated with that of survivin in endometrial carcinoma（rs=0.312,P0.05）.Conclusions：The detect of survivin and STAT3 may be useful for evaluating the prognosis of endometrial carcinoma.
