| 摘 要： | 目的:总结38例特重型颅脑损伤中急性硬膜外血肿手术治疗和临床效果。方法:对我科1998年2月至2001年2月收治的38例GCS3-5分急性硬膜外血肿均行欧美标准外伤大骨瓣开颅术并去大骨瓣减压。结果:38例中,良好15例(39.47%),中残8例(21.05%),重残4例(10.53%),死亡11例(28.95%)。结论:尽早采用欧美标准外伤大骨瓣开颅术清除硬膜外血肿并去大骨瓣减压,可降低病死率,提高生存质量。

| Abstract: | Objective To assess the surgical management and clinical results of 38 cases with acute extradural hematomao with severe craniocerebral trauma.Methods From the Feb. 1998 to Feb. 2001,38 cases of acute extradural hematomao were performed with standard large trauma cramiotomy.All cases' GCS ranged from 3 to 5 points preoperation. Results The outcome of 38 cases are:Good:15cases,moderate disability:15 cases,severe disability:4cases,death:11 cases.Conclusions Early perform of stardard large trauma cramiotomy on severe cramiocerebral injury with extradural hematoma can reduce the death rate and increase the outcome of life quality with severe head injury. |
