家文化理念在临床诊疗中的实践运用研究

本文首先分析了医院家文化产生的背景，阐述了家文化的内涵和外延，以儒家的“仁、义、礼、智、信”五种品德为主线，从微观到宏观论述了医院临床诊疗的家文化理念实现办法，认为要在临床诊疗中实现医院的家文化理念，应该在医院内对医务人员长期实行以仁爱、谦恭为本心的道德塑造，遵循以安全、礼仪为原则的规章制度，营造以平等、诚信为习惯的沟通氛围，以自省、创新为动力进行质量改进，最后养成温暖、和谐的医院家文化。

The Research of Practical Application of Family-Culture Idea to the Clinical Diagnosis and Treatment

To explore the application of family-culture idea to the clinical diagnosis and treatment and provide a reference for modern hospital culture management. This article firstly analyzed the background of hospital family culture and introduced the connotation and denotation of family culture. Based on the five virtues of Confucian ＂humanity, righteousness, propriety, wisdom, integrity＂, how to realize the family culture idea in clinical diagnosis and treat was discussed from microcosmic to macroscopic point of view. In order to realize family-cuhure idea in the clinical diagnosis and treatment, the hospital should shape kindheartedness and courteousness among its staffs in a long-term way, implement rules and regulations in accordance with safety and etiquette, construct a communication atmosphere of equality and integrity, improve quality motivated by self-examination and innovation and finally build a warm and harmonious hospital family culture.
