应用风险管理防范产房护理缺陷

目的探讨风险管理在产房护理管理中的应用及减少护理缺陷的效果。方法将2003年1月-2005年12月3947例产妇设为I组（对照组），2006年1月-2008年12月4780例产妇设为Ⅱ组（观察组）。回顾性分析过去6年产房工作中52例护理缺陷的原因，比较2006年1月实施风险管理措施前后两组护理缺陷发生率、产妇难产率及满意度。结果Ⅱ组护理缺陷发生率、难产率较I组均明显下降（P〈0．01或P〈0．05），满意度较I组升高（P〈0．05）。结论产房应用风险管理可明显减少护理缺陷的发生，提高护理质量及产妇的满意度。

Application of risk management to prevent nursing errors in delivery rooms

Objective To investigate the application effects of risk management and reduction of nursing errors in delivery rooms through nursing management. Methods 3947 parturient women cases admitted between January,2003 to December,2005 and 4780 cases between January,2006 to December,2008. These cases were set as group I（control） and group II （observation） groups. The study analyzed the reason for nursing errors in 52 cases in delivery rooms during a period of 6 years. To compare occurance rates of nursing errors, dystocia rates and patient＇s satisfaction rates of both groups before and after actualizing risk management methods. Rcsulls Occurance rates of nursing,dystocia rates of group II decreased significantly compared with group I （ P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05 ）, and patient＇s satisfaction rates of group I1 were significantly higher than that of group I. Conclusion Applicatlon of risk management strategies in delivery rooms can likely reduce the occurance of nursing errors,and improve nursing quality and patient＇s satisfaction rates.
