| 摘 要： | 总结院前急救的工作特点，并结合工作实践探讨目前院前急救存在的常见护理隐患，包括人为因素、硬件配备和管理制度等。笔者认为，从加强规范管理、理论培训、增加后勤保障三方面可有效防范护理隐患，提高院前急救质量。

| Abstract: | This paper summarizes the characteristics of pre-hospital emergency, and investigate the common nursing hazards that exist in the current pre-hospital emergency, including human factors, equipment and management systems. Consider that strengthen and standardize management, theoretical training, and increasement of the logistical aspects can prevent care risk and improve the quality of pre-hospital emergency. |
