应用Delphi法构建ICU专科护士核心能力评价指标体系

目的：依据我国ICU的现况，构建一套客观、科学的ICU专科护士核心能力评价指标体系。方法：采用Delphi对17名专家进行两轮问卷咨询。结果：建立由5个一级指标、16个二级指标、50个三级指标组成ICU专科护士核心能力评价指标体系，并计算出专家咨询的权威系数为0．85，判断系数0．82，熟悉系数0．88；一、二级指标的协调系数分别为0．342、0．586。结论：ICU专科护士核心能力评价各级指标的条目可信度高，对ICU专科护士的临床任用、考核提供借鉴。

Construction of Core Competence Evaluation Index System through Delphi Method for ICU Nurse Specialist

Objective： To construct a set of objective and scientific core competence evaluation index system for ICU nurse specialist according to the current situation of ICU in our country.Method： 17 experts were carried out two rounds of questionnaire consultation by using Delphi method.Resttlt： To construct the core competence evaluation index system for ICU nurse specialist, which included 5 level-I indexs, 16 level-2 indexs and 50 level-3 indexs.The expert consultation had a authoritative coefficient of 0.85, determination coefficient of 0.82 and familiar coefficient of 0.88.The coordination coefficient of level-1 index and level-2 index were 0.342 and 0.586, respectively.Conclusion： Items of each level in ICU nurse specialist core competence evaluation index system has a high credibility, which can provide advice for the clinical employment and evaluation of CU nurse specialist.
