摘    要:目的:了解江西省食品中汞污染状况.方法:在江西省5个设区市大型超市及农贸市场随机抽取具有代表性的样品.样品中汞含量按GB/T5009.17-2003采用原子荧光光谙法检测.结果:共检测7大类609份食品样品,平均值0.013 mg/kg,检出率47%,超标率0.5%.结论:汞在江西食品中的污染并不严重,绝大部分食品汞含...
