| 摘 要： | 目的:石油醚萃取干扰物,经微波消解测定腊梅花中槲皮素的含量。方法:分光光度法,酸性条件下水解消解液,三氯化铝显色,415 nm处测定槲皮素的含量。结果:线性范围0.0~14.0μg/mL(γ=0.9994),平均回收率97.97%,RSD=2.83%(n=5)。结论:方法操作简单,提取率高,结果可靠,重现性好,可用于腊梅花的内在质量控制。

| Abstract: | Objective: To determine the content of Querencein in Flos mume after extracting and removing some interference matters with petroleum benzene by microwave digestion method.Methods: Making choice of Aluminum chloride as colouring agent by spectrophotometry and determinating the content of Querencein under 415 nm Results: The linear range is between 0.00 to 14.0 μg/ml(γ=0.9994).The everage recovery is 97.97%.RSD<2.83%(n=5).Conclusion: This method is simple.The extracting ratio and presicion is high.This method can be used as controlling the quality of Flos mume. |
