两种检测方法在沙门菌初筛中的应用比较

目的]比较常规检测方法和新方法在沙门菌初筛中的阳性检出率。方法]将健康体检人员的肛拭样品用SF增菌液增菌后转种WS平板、用SBG增菌液增菌后转种CHROMagar沙门菌显色平板,之后各挑取相应可疑菌落进行生化反应和血清凝集试验进行鉴定。结果]6676件体检肛拭标本用两种方法分离后,SBG-CAS分离和SF-WS分离阳性检出率分别是1.03%和0.24%,用SBG-CAS分离的方法优于SF-WS分离的方法。结论]用SBG增菌液增菌后转种CHROMagar沙门菌显色平板的方法,其阳性检出率明显高于SF增菌液增菌后转种WS平板,并且在平板上的菌落特征明显,极易辨认,方法也较易掌握。

Two detection methods applied and compared in the screening of Salmonella

Objective] To compare the positivity rate between the routine method and the new method in Salmonella screen. Methods] To evaluate the sensitivity obtained by using SF broth and WS and that by using SBG broth and CAS from fecal swab specimens of employees. Results] By examination of 6676 specimens, the positivity rate of SF broth and WS was O. 24%, while that of the SBG broth and CAS was 1.03%. Conclusion] The positivity rate of SBG broth and CAS was much higher than that of SF broth and WS. The colony morphology of Salmonella is easier to recognize in CAS. And the method of SBG broth and CAS is easier to apply.
