| 摘 要： | 1997年3月，江阴市新桥镇地区学校学生中发生疑似流感暴发流行，用鸡胚从2名急性期患者咽漱液中分离出两株乙型流感病毒，20价恢复期患者血清改20价急性期患者血清血凝抑制抗体滴度平均增长6．3倍，确认这是一起由乙型流感病毒引起的局部暴发流行。

| Abstract: | In March 1997, a suspected influenze occured in several schools JiangYing, XingOiao. Two strainsinnuemp B virus were isolated from the gargle of two patients jn acute period by means of egg inoculation. Twentyacutc pationts and the sarne number of convalescent patients were investigated. The former's average antibody titreof hemnslutination inhibition was 6. 3 times lower than that of the Iater's. We concluded that the influenza outbreak in this area resulted from influenza B virus. |
