Constructing harmonious hospital shares the important role in constructing a harrnoni~ ous socialist society.Ethical factors are not only the foundation of constructing harmonious hospital,but also the inherent requirement of clinical practice as well as the consistent goal and means of modern hospi- tal management.Farthermore,they stand for the promotion of the traditional management thinking and implementation of the strategy of ruling the country by virtue in our country.On the basis of analyzing the ethical factors influencing construction of harmonious hospital,the paper makes some practical sug- gestions on how to standardize and improve the hospital management with the aim to provide reference for constructing harmonious hospital.
