医院科技人才评价方法的探讨

摘    要:目的通过对山东省5所省、地市级医院专业技术人员相关学术指标进行调查,探讨建立医院医疗科技人才评价指标体系。方法运用两因素等级相关分析、指标聚类分析,确定有代表性的评价指标;用矩阵方法求个人综合得分划分人才层次。结果重点学科工作人员、重点学科负责人、发表文章的SCI指数、5年内科研项目总数等9项指标入选研究创建的评价指标体系。结论实证研究证明,在医院医疗科技人才的评价,尤其对优秀人才的选拔中使用该评价标准是可行的。

Abstract:Objective To explore and establish an evaluation system for the medical sci-tech talents in hospitals on the basis of investigation results from five provincial and municipal hospitals in shandong province. Methods Representative evaluation indexes were ascertained by using two factors rank correlation analysis and index clustering analysis. Personal talent level was classified by individual comprehensive score calculated by using the matrix method. Results Nine indexes, including whether the staff of key discipline, whether the person in charge of the key discipline, the SCI index of published papers, the total number of scientific research items in five years, and so on, had been chosen into the evaluation system established by the study. Conclusion Empirical research shows that it is feasible to use the criteria for evaluation of medical sci-tech talents, especially for selection of elites in hospitals.
