| 摘 要： | 荧光定量PCR仪技术是一种新的核酸定量技术，该技术在PCR仪反应系统中引入了荧光标记探针，具有可实时监测、高灵敏性，高特异性和高精确性的特点，极大地克服了原有PCR仪技术的不足，扩大了PCR仪的应用范围。
