摘    要:阐述了射波刀基本构成、技术特点及临床应用的初步体会.应用射波刀的非等中心、非共面、非聚焦的“三非”的治疗特点、亚毫米级的定位精度及实施图像引导的功能,治疗了30例不同种类和不同部位肿瘤患者.对于一些加速器、伽玛刀等难于治疗或治疗计划剂量分布不理想的病例取得了良好的效果.射波刀是兼容放射外科和放射治疗的新一代设备,拓展了放射治疗实施手段.

Abstract:The basic composition,technical specifications and clinical application of the cyberknife are described,which has the advantages of non-isocentric,non-coplanar and non-focusing therapy,submillimeter-level positioning accuracy and image guidance.Thirty patients with different kinds of tumors undergo the cyberknife therapy and acquire satisfactory results,with the accelerator and gamma knife overtopped.Cyberknife is a new-generation equipment compatible with radiotherapy and radiosurgery.
