Process of Vacuum Freeze-drying

The principle of vacuum freeze-drying and application status are introduced, and the freeze-drying process is described, which falls into pre-treatment process, pre-freezing, sublimation drying, desorption drying and post-treatment process. The design parameters of freeze-drying curve are analyzed, which includes pre-freeze cooling rate, the minimum pre-freezing temperature, pre-freezing time, the cooling time and temperature of the condenser, vacuum time, the starting time of heating, and so on.
