探讨人性化服务在健康体检护理中的应用

目的探讨在健康体检护理中应用人性化服务的护理效果。方法选取本院自2018年1-12月的来医院进行体检的体检者589例,将体检者随机分为观察组和对照组。对照组体检者采用常规服务,观察组实施人性化服务,对于两组体检对象的体检效率、服务满意度等指标进行比较。结果经过采取各自的服务之后,观察组的服务满意度显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。比较两组体检者的体检效率等指标,观察组体检者同样优于对比组体检者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于体检者实施人性化服务要比单纯的常规服务效果更好,体检者的体检效率可以得到明显的提升,并且护理满意度高,具有显著的效果。

To Explore the Application of Humanized Service in Health Examination Nursing

Objective To explore the effect of humanistic service in health examination nursing.Methods 589 patients who came to our hospital for physical examination from January to December 2018 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group.The physical examiners in the control group were received routine services,while the physical examiners in the observation group were received humanized services for physical examination.The service satisfaction,physical examination efficiency and other indicators of the two groups were compared.Results After taking their own services,the service satisfaction of the physical examinees in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparing the physical examination efficiency and other indicators of the two groups,the physical examination of the observation group was also better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Humanized service for physical examiners is more effective than simple routine service.Physical examination efficiency of physical examiners can be significantly improved,and nursing satisfaction is high.It has significant effect.
