| 摘 要： | 目的了解武汉市农村地区高血压流行病学特征,为防治高血压和心脑血管疾病提供依据。方法采用多阶段分层随机整群抽样的方法,抽取武汉市农村地区18岁以上的常住（具有武汉市户口,并住满1年以上）居民2257人,进行高血压流行病学调查与统计分析。结果高血压患病率为22.0%（标化率为18.8%）,随着年龄的升高,高血压患病率逐渐升高,35岁以上人群高血压患病率高达29.6%。结论武汉市农村地区高血压患病率处于较高水平,应积极开展宣教工作,改变当地居民的不良生活方式。
