高血压脑出血并发脑室出血的外科治疗

目的探讨自发性脑出血破入脑室的治疗方法和疗效。方法采用骨窗开颅血肿清除术能在直视下清楚血肿和止血、止血彻底,减压充分等方法治疗自发性脑出血并脑室出血。结果 120例患者在随访半年期间共存活109例患者。109例患者中,ALD为1级患者共有37例(33.9%),2级患者有42例(38.5%),3级患者有11例(10.1%),4级患者有12例(11.0%),5级患者有7例(6.4%)。结论对于高血压脑出血并发脑室出血的患者,采用显微镜下骨窗开颅微创手术方法疗效较好,能显著性的降低死亡率,提高患者的生命质量。

Effect of Surgery treatment of patients of hypertensive ventricular hemorrhage

OBJECTIVE To explore the treatment methods of patients of hypertensive ventricular hemorrhage.METHODS The treatment was operated by craniotomy to eliminate intracranial hematoma under microscopy,and the effect of treatment was analyzed.RESULTS Among all the 120 patients,109 of them lived.Among the 109 patients,37 patients were with grade I of ALD(33.9%),42 patients were with grade II(38.5%),11 patients were with grade III(10.1%),12 patients were with IV grade(11.0%)and 7 patients were with V grade(6.4%).CONCLUSION For patients of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage with ventricular hemorrhage,the effect of craniotomy to eliminate intracranial hematoma under microscopy is good.It can decrease the mortality and improve the quality of life.
