| 摘 要： | 目的：分析泰州市结核病流行现状及面临的问题，提出相应的控制对策。方法：对第四次，第三次全国结核病流行病学抽样调查资料进行比较分析。结果：第四次全国结核病流调结果显示，泰州市活动性肺结核患病率482／10万，涂阳患病率241／10万，与第三次流调结果比较，患病率，涂阳患病率分别上升了50．4％和60．2％，年递增率分别为7．3％和9．6％，结论：结核病流行是一个严重的公共卫生问题，控制结核病的任务仍然十分艰巨。

| Abstract: | Objective:Put forward the control strategy by analyze tuberculosis epidemic situation in Taizhou city.Method:To analyse the data of the fourth and the third national epidemiological sampling surveys of tuberculosis.Results:The results of the fourth national epidemiological sampling survey of tuberculosis showed that the incidence rate of active pulmonary tuberculosis was 482/100000,and the incidence rate of smear-positive was 241/100000.The prevalend rate and prevalend of smear had increased by 50.4% and 60.2% as compared with those of the third epidemiological survey.The annual increase progressively rate was 7.3% and 9.6%,respectively.Conclusion:The prevalence of tuberculosis is a serious problem of public health.Tuberculosis control task is still very hard. |
