普通外科感染常见病原菌的分离鉴定及耐药性研究

目的]了解普通外科感染常见病原菌的分布及耐药性,以便指导临床合理应用抗菌素。方法]将1 268份普通外科感染送检的标本进行细菌学培养分离鉴定,并作药物敏感试验。结果]1 268份标本中的662份标本分离出689株细菌(其中含混合感染27例),检出率为52.2%。在分离的病原菌中,革兰阴性杆菌400株,占58%,以大肠杆菌、不动杆菌、铜绿假单胞菌为主;革兰阳性球菌289株,占42%,以金黄色葡萄球菌、凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌、肠球菌为多。检出感染菌多重耐药现象严重。结论]加强普外科感染性标本的细菌培养分离鉴定和耐药性检测,根据药敏试验结果用药,对防止耐药菌株产生和扩散,降低和治疗外科感染是十分必要和有效的措施。

STUDY ON THE ISOLATION AND DRUG RESISTANCE OF COMMON PATHOGENIC BACTERIA IN GENERAL SURGERY INFECTION

Objective]To study the distribution and drug resistance of common pathogenic bacteria in general surgery infection,so as to instruct rational use of clinical drug.Methods]1 268 general surgery infection samples were selected to undertake bacteriology cultivation and isolation.Results]689 strains of bacteria were isolated from 662 of the 1 268 samples(including 27 combined infection samples);the isolating rate was 52.2%.Among the isolated pathogenic bacteria,there were 400 strains of Gram-negative bacillus(58%),which mainly consists of Bacillus coli,Acinetobacter,pseudomonas aeruginosa;and 289 strains of gram positive coccus(42%),which mainly consist of staphylococcus aureus,coagulase negative staphylococcus and enterococcus.The multidrug resistance of common pathogenic bacteria in general surgery infection were serious.Conculsions]The isolation and drug resistance detection of common pathogenic bacteria in general surgery infection should be strengthened,and the administration of drugs should consist with the results of drug sensitive test,which is important to prevent the production and diffusion of drug resistance strains,and is necessary and effective measures for the reduction and treatment of surgical infection.
