依达拉奉治疗急性脑梗死的疗效观察

目的]研究依达拉奉(必存)治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效及安全性。方法]选择142例发病72h内的急性脑梗死患者,随机分为两组,采用全国第四届脑血管病学术会议通过的脑卒中病人临床神经功能缺损程度评分标准评价神经功能恢复状况。结果]单纯治疗组有效率81.4%,联合治疗组有效率97.2%,高于对照组,无不良反应。结论]依达拉奉(必存)治疗急性脑梗死是安全、有效的。

EFFICACY OF EDARAVONE IN TREATMENT OF ACUTE ISCHEMIC STROKE

Objective To investigate the clinical effectiveness of edaravone for acute cerebral infarction.Methods One hundred and forty-two patients, with the onset of ACI less then 72 hours, were randomly divided into two groups to receive edaravone or placebo.The diagnosis of Acute stroke was made according to the criteria established in the National Fourth Session of cerebrovascular disease academic conference.Results The effective rate of single treatment was 81.4%, and the combination treatment group was 97.2%, they were higher than the controls.Also, no adverse effects were found(81.4% vs 97.2%).Conclusion Edaravone is an effective neuroprotective agent for ACI.
