急性有机磷农药中毒合并呼吸功能衰竭的急诊抢救分析

摘    要:目的为提高治疗效果,探索急性有机磷农药中毒合并呼吸功能衰竭的较为有效的急诊抢救方法。方法选择2008年6月~2010年6月某院接受急诊抢救的59例急性有机磷农药中毒合并呼吸功能衰竭的患者,单盲抽样随机将其中35例分为实验组,余者分为对照组。对照分析观察组和对照组患者疗效情况及治疗经过情况。结果观察组患者有效率为100.0%;对照组患者有效率为83.4%。观察组和对照组患者疗效情况对照显示,显效者和死亡者构成比差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。观察组患者机械通气所需时间、神志清醒所需时间、ICU停留时间及CHE活力恢复60%时间均显著短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论常规治疗基础之上加用序贯性血液净化,可显著提高急性有机磷农药中毒合并呼吸功能衰竭的疗效,缩短治疗时间。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To improve the therapeutic effect,explore the emergency rescue method for the acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning complicated with respiratory failure.METHODS From June 2008-June 2010,59 patients with acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning method of our hospital emergency rescue of complicated with respiratory failure patients,single blind sample randomly was performed to divided 35 cases into an experimental group,the others were divided into control group.Comparative analysis was performed to analyze the efficacy and treatment situation of the observation group and the control group.RESULTS The efficacy rate of the observation group was 100%,and was 83.4% for the control group.There was significant difference in the efficacy rate and mortality between the observation group and the control group(P﹤0.05).The mechanical ventilation time,conscious time,ICU residence time and CHE activity recovery time for 60% for observation group were significantly shorter than those in control group(P﹤0.05).CONCLUSION routine treatment with sequential blood purification can significantly improve the acute organic phosphorus pesticide poisoning complicated with respiratory failure efficacy,and shorten the treatment time.
