某医院2009年住院患者医院感染分析

目的分析住院患者医院感染,以采取相应的有效医院感染预防措施,为降低医院感染率提供依据。方法采用回顾性的方法对某院2009年1月～12月51875例住院患者的病例资料进行统计分析。结果医院51875例住院患者发生医院感染412例,感染率0.79%;感染例次512例,例次感染率0.99%。医院感染部位以呼吸道为主,其中上呼吸道感染34.38%,下呼吸道感染31.05%,其次为泌尿系感染占19.14%。结论建立建全医院管理体系,加强对医院感染的监测,强化医务人员对医院感染的防范意识,减少不必要的倾入性操作,合理使用抗菌素,改善医院环境是控制医院感染的有效措施。

Analysis of the hospital Infection among inpatients in 2009

OBJECTIVE To analyze the correlative factors of nosocomial infections of inpatients in our hospital,and take prevention measures to decrease the infection.METHODS An analysis was made on the basis of survey from 51 875 hospitalized cases from January to December in 2009.RESULTS From them,412 cases were infected,and the incidence was 0.79%.The most cases were with upper respiratory tract infection(34.38%),lower respiratory tract infection(31.05%)and urinary tract infection(19.14%).CONCLUSION We should establish the hospital management system,strengthen the monitors of hospital infection and guard realizes of the medical personnel.The invasive operation should be reduced as far as possible,all antibacterial drugs should be used reasonably,and hospital environment should be improved.
