新冠疫情背景下地方本科医学院校公共卫生人才培养的思考

目的 提出新冠疫情背景下地方本科医学院校公共卫生人才培养综合改革思路。方法 分析地方本科医学院校公共卫生人才培养方面存在的不足，结合社会对公共卫生人才岗位胜任能力的新需求，提出综合改革思路。结果 地方本科医学院校可综合利用区域资源，构建教-科融合、校-地融合、专业-产业融合的人才培养模式；融入新元素，构建交叉整合课程体系；打造“双师型”师资队伍，加强实践教学；探索多元化的教育教学改革，提高学生自主学习能力。结论 地方本科医学院校要明晰人才培养的定位与目标，深入领会岗位胜任能力的新内涵新要求，开展教育教学综合改革，培养适应社会需求的公共卫生人才。

Thoughts on the public health undergraduate education in local medical colleges in the context of the epidemic of corona virus disease 2019(COVID-19)

To put forwardspecific suggestions on the public health undergraduate education in local medical collegesin the context of the epidemic of corona virus disease 2019( COVID － 19) ． Method Analyzing the challenges of the publichealth education during the fighting against novel coronavirus disease epidemic and combining with the new social demand forpublic health personnel post competence，specific suggestions on comprehensive reform of teaching and learning were putforwarded． Ｒesults Local medical colleges can use the regional resources to construct the talent training mode of teaching －research integration，college and local Center for Disease Control cooperation，and professional － industry integration． Newelements should be integratedinto courses and cross － integrated curriculum system should be constructed; Build“the theory，practices”doublequalificationteaching staff and strengthen practical teaching; Explore diversified education and teaching reformto improve students’autonomous learning ability． Conclusion Local medical colleges should make clear the orientation andgoal of talents cultivation，thoroughly understand the new connotation and new requirements of public health personnel postcompetence，carry out the comprehensive reform of education and teaching，and cultivate public health talents meeting theneeds of the society．
