不同性别社区老年人骨质疏松相关知识调查

目的 了解石河子市不同性别老年人骨质疏松相关知识的知晓情况,为有目的行健康教育干预提供科学依据.方法 采用调查问卷,以分层抽样方法,对石河子市3个社区450名60岁及以上的老年人进行入户一对一问卷调查.结果 老年男性骨质疏松知识平均得分为(19.14±9.12)分,得分率为36.8％,及格率为8.9％；老年女性骨质疏松知识平均得分为(16.50±9.32)分,得分率为31.7％,及格率仅为6.2％.多元线性逐步回归分析,年龄、文化程度和医疗保障是影响老年男性骨质疏松知识得分的主要因素；年龄和文化程度是影响老年女性知识得分的主要因素.结论 应重点加强教育程度低的、高龄的老年人群以及无医疗保障的老年男性骨质疏松相关知识的健康教育力度.

Investigation and analysis on the awareness of related knowledge of osteoporosis among older people in communities

OBJECTIVE To find out the related knowledge in osteoporosis of different gender community-dwelling older people,provide the basis for target people about health education interventions.METHODS Stratified sampling method was taken in our study.Face-to-face investigation was conducted by questionnaire in 450 people who was 60 years or over from three community in Shihezi.RESULTS The scores of osteoporosis knowledge in older men people were 19.14 ± 9.12,and the score rate was 36.8%.The pass rate was 8.9%;The scores of osteoporosis knowledge in older women people were 16.50 ± 9.32,and score rate was 31.7%.The pass rate was only 6.2%.By the multiple liner stepwise regression,the education level,age and medical security were the main factors for elderly men acquired osteoporosis knowledge.The education level and age were main factors for elderly women acquired osteoporosis knowledge.CONCLUSION We should pay attention to improve the related health education knowledge of osteoporosis,especially for old people with low level of education and without medical security.
