重庆市围生期妇女生命质量的定性调查

目的]了解围生期妇女的生命质量现状及其影响因素。方法]通过对孕产妇、孕产妇家属和妇产科医生进行深入访谈,从客观的家庭生活条件和围生期保健的4个时期等几方面来探讨影响围生期妇女生命质量的因素。结果]围生期妇女生命质量农村明显低于城市,影响围生期妇女生命质量的因素主要是经济因素、文化因素、医疗服务因素和社会的认同。结论]应进一步提高围生期妇女,特别是农村围生期妇女的生命质量。

QUALITATIVE STUDY ON THE QUALITY OF LIFE OF PERINATAL WOMEN IN CHONGQING

Objective]To investigate the status and influence factors of quality of life(QOL) in perinatal women.Methods]Perinatal women,the family members of perinatal women and doctors of gynaecology and obstetrics were investigated with in-depth interviews,the influence factors of QOL were explored from four periods of perinatal health care and objective condition of family life.Results]The QOL of rural perinatal women was significant lower than that of urban perinatal women,and its main influence factors were economic,culture,the condition of medical service and identification from society.Conclusion]Efforts should be taken to improve the QOL of perinatal women,especially rural perinatal women.
